The Colour of Emotions
The Colour of Emotions was a solo exhibition by Beatrice Santucci, a Florentine doctor with a passion for painting, and the first exhibition I curated after beginning my collaboration with FirenzeArt Gallery in the Oltrarno.
My accompanying text described Santucci’s paintings as a journey through life and feeling, where different techniques and natural elements become luminous forms. Black, red, orange, mimosa yellow and blue coexist rather than cancel one another, much like human emotions.
The exhibition opened on 2 March 2017 at FirenzeArt Gallery in Via della Fonderia 42r. The original article also includes a Toscana TV report by Fabrizio Borghini with an interview about the project.
