Rodolfo Marma between Florence and New York
Florence New York Florence was conceived as a tribute to Florentine painter Rodolfo Marma. The exhibition brought together intimate works linked to the two cities that marked his artistic life: Florence and New York.
The project was organised by FirenzeArt Gallery, where Andrea and Luana Tirinnanzi had developed a close personal and professional relationship with the artist. It took place exactly twenty years after another Marma exhibition organised at Castello di Poppiano.
The works included Florentine views, New York subjects, still lifes and flower compositions. The original article also documents the opening and includes a television report on the event.
The exhibition was held at FirenzeArt Gallery in Piazza T. Gaddi 2/R in Florence and admission was free.
